Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

¾ cups red lentils

½ cup water

1 clove garlic

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp himalayan salt (optional)


Directions:

Soak lentils overnight. Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender. Spread mixture on a 12” non stick pizza pan; we cover the pizza pan with parchment paper. Cook at 425 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes on the middle rack which prevents cracking.

Makes a 12” crust.
